4 Reasons to Use Chair Covers to Enhance

Your Table Design

In order to appreciate why chair covers can have such a massive impact

on your wedding design and by natural consequence the impact and first

impression you create you should think of chair covers as clothing for chairs.

And just like a person, the clothes we wear says a lot about who we are. Your

appearance is a major factor in determining how other people perceive you so

let’s examine some ways chair covers can create the right first impression and

why you should use them.

1. Cover unsightly, tired or worn-looking chairs:

I love chair covers and we’ve built a significant part of our business on

hiring them out. I would always recommend using a chair cover if the

chairs in your venue don’t look that good as nobody likes to sit on a chair

with torn fabric, dirty marks or a myriad of other defects.

So think poor condition chairs = bad first impression.

However, poor condition chairs covered with a good quality cover means

at worst no damage done and at best the impression of class, style and

quality, often all three at the same time.

2. Incorporate an accent colour

Like napkins and tablecloths, you can also use chair covers to

highlight an accent colour. The rules are the same only the garment

(tablecloth or chair cover) is different. You can highlight your accent

colour by using a seat tie, bow or sash that is tied round the chair.

3. Soften the look

Chair covers can soften the look of corporate looking spaces. They will

give the wedding a prettier feel if you go for traditional white or ivory or

consider using black for a classy and stylish look.

4. Give a uniformity of style

Chair covers can give your wedding a lovely uniformity of style as long

as they’re all positioned properly before the guests sit down and are of a

good quality standard.

You can never go wrong with the right covers...
