Wedding Crashers

An interesting new trend has emerged in recent times among people getting married – security guards and those from elsewhere as well, are now being hired to serve as bouncers for their big days to help keep proceedings running as smoothly as possible.

The idea is for the bouncers to keep an eye on the presents/gifts, manage the crowds and provide protection for the bride and groom from any obsessive former partners….(the I wan die deir) lol… should it be deemed necessary

Weddings certainly are emotional events and while they’re typically expected to be happy affairs, the worst can happen sometimes- so while you might think that enlisting security services for a wedding is an unneccessary expence, It could well be worth thinking again, unless you want your day to end in fisticuffs and felony charges , or just maby a black eye..lol

List of wedding security guard duties:

· Keep an eye on the gifts

· Give authorize guests access

· Monitor children(optional)

· Monitor parking lot

· Help coordinate

· etc

Here are some things you need to take into consideration or ask of the company you hire from. Make sure your guards are professionals and can be discrete. You should think about how you want your guards dressed. For a wedding or private party, have them come dressed in the attire your guests will wear, such as a suit. Your security guard will know to blend in with the guests, and only make himself known as a guard if it's the last resort. If there are family members you are concerned about who could ruin your day, take pictures and give them to the security guard so he know who to keep an extra eye on. If you hire a professional, he will be on the lookout for any troublemakers and he will not make himself noticeable. He will not intrude on your party or your guests' comfort. This is YOUR day! Don't let anyone ruin it. Find a reputable company and tell them about your concerns. They should be able to meet your needs and your price rage. A licensed security guard will give you the peace of mind you need to enjoy yourself on your wedding day

so why not relax and have fun and let the securities secure!

How Can You Personalize Your Wedding Venue

You have chosen your wedding venue but how do you make it truly yours? How do you add that personal touch so that your big day becomes even more special? Here are a few tips that can help you transform your wedding venue into something that is truly magical and yours only. Firstly, you need to work with the space that you have. Visit the venue several times before you need to go and decorate it so that you might get an idea of the required space. It is also a good idea to inquire about what decorations can be added to the space as sometimes venues will let you add almost anything but others can be quite restrictive when it comes to adding your own decorations. Therefore you need to find out this information before you book a certain place for the wedding.

What kind of decorations do you want to focus on? Do you want lots of flowers or would you prefer a more minimalist feel with fabrics and ribbons? Get a clear idea in your head of how you want the overall look to be and then make a list. Write down all of your ideas and go and take a look in the local wedding shops and on the inherent especially on bridal pages to see what decorations are out there. The budget also plays a huge part and you need to set a budget that is realistic and adhere to it. You may have to be a little bit more creative with a restricted budget but you can still decorate a venue beautifully on limited money.

But am thinking.. why go through all this stress when  you can get a decorator…..lol

All you need to do is say it as you want it …

Then relax and enjoy

Brides

We all know that one of the most important moments in everybody’s life is the moment of their own wedding. This is a very old tradition that happens all across the planet. Everybody gets excited when thinking about that perfect day.

Some spend a lot of money just to make everything flawless and unique. But has anyone thought about the way in which the bride feels on this very special day?

If your are a bride to be I know that it’s a very strange felling. It’s a mix of happiness and fear or anxiety. The bride is the center of attention, the most important element of the wedding, along with the groom, of course. Everybody’s attention is focused on her. For
some this can be very difficult because they are shy or simply don’t like to be exposed in front of all the guests. But other brides just can’t wait to show off in front of their friends and families.

Whether you were or you will be a bride there are some things you should know. First of all don’t make such a big fuss about the wedding because everybody has one and for some it’s not such a great matter. Invite only your closest friends and relatives in order to avoid all the gossip….LOL

Plus a medium size wedding is ideal and it’s not so expensive. Have a classical dish because it’s always easier and many people will enjoy it. Find a suitable place for the wedding and decorate the location in a stylish way,

If you don’t have ideas of how to decorate the place you can always call a wedding planner to help you decide. The cake should be a medium size one but you have to consider the number of guests that you have invited. Going for a white cake is simple and it can be decorated easier.

The decorations should be minimal and simple like including white flowers, ribbons, balloons or rose flowers

Although hiring some planners can be expensive more and more brides consider it a must. No matter whether they might choose to ask some of the greatest planners for advice or just ask for some friend’s opinion it’s always best to have a second advice and a little help. You should consider a small piece of advice because deciding on the important things like the location, the dress or the makeup style you wish to adopt can prove to be quite difficult.

Sometimes the best advice comes from the bride’s mom. Generally all moms know what’s best for their child especially on this important day…. Eeehhhnnnn ..ok

When you go looking for the dress it’s best to take your mom with you and choose a couple of dresses before deciding on one…..lol  am sure not everyone would agree with this….my thoughts though.

Some say it’s a special feeling you put on the perfect dress. Totally agree..

A week before the wedding you should consider getting a facial treatment. It will make you skin glow. Other brides go to artificial tanning salons few days before the wedding.

But you have to be careful because any cosmetic treatment can have its risk and it could end up with a disaster. The night before the wedding you should try and get some sleep although you will feel nervous. Resting is very important because the big day can be exhausting.

While the groom doesn’t get all the attention, the bride on the other hand has all eyes on her. All the details are important from head to toe and she has to be perfect. But that doesn’t have to scare you off.

It’s important to keep it cool, not to get yourself stressed because of this. Remember to have fun because we are talking here about your own unique wedding.
